What started out as research with the country's premier at-home flooring company for a joint project co-authoring a book on sales training; soon became a passion for helping people alleviate pain through design consultation for their homes and businesses. This eventually lead to me joining the Sales Management Team of a local market that generates over 20 million dollars annually. Implementing certain stategies including a weekly Advanced Training Session and focusing on Client relations and services have taken this market to new heights. This has also provided me the opportunity of upward advancement in which I am now charged with leading both the Sales Management Team and the Salesforce in which I prefer to recognize as our CEO partners.
