Bryan “B.R!ghteous” Rivera has over 20 years of proven success in leadership training, staff development and senior management. He has been recognized by two U.S. Presidents for his recurring role as Area Manager for the country's largest peace time operation.  His work in the community has earned him many awards, including two received from the NY Governor and Mayor of NYC.  As a personal manager and consultant in the music industry, he was involved with some of the most glorious and controversial moments in Hip Hop. Connecting with a three-time National Grand Slam Champion directly affected by Hurricane Katrina gave him the opportunity for photographer credit on his album cover. He has been visited to be studied on seven separate occasions by representatives of international governments and companies from six different countries.

Bryan has mastered the ability of wearing many hats while always maintaining the same face. He is blessed to have been mentored by, worked with, met and developed a vast network of established, successful individuals, from across a broad spectrum - from Local Community to Corporate America to Professional Sports to Federal Government, as well as the Music and Film Industries. Highlighting lessons gained from downfalls and recycling best practices from accomplishments (combined with guidance from his mentors), Bryan devised a formula of success with the unprecedented balance and the perfect design of the 5 D's Principle (Desire, Dedication, Determination, Discipline, Disappointment) and the L.E.A.R.N.Concept (Leadership Education Advocacy Recreation Networking). Regardless of which hat is being worn at any given time, it is hand stitched by the 5 D's Principle and made only of the finest cloth imported from the L.E.A.R.N. Concept. All logistical action plans are specifically designed for the assignment using these proven methods.

His greatest sense of achievement has come from coaching and mentoring at risk individuals that he considers "at promise." Some have reached levels of success including valedictorian selection, college scholarship awards, film and radio accomplishments, professional athletics and championships, the Guinness Book of World Records, and Grammy Awards.

"There are two types of people, those that make excuses and those that make it happen. Make the excuse to make it happen!"
